$72,000 Base to $100,000+ Earning Potential
Choose the caseload and compensation level that works for you.

BCBA compensation begins at $72,000 for an eight-client caseload, with the opportunity to earn $100,000+ by selecting a higher caseload. Rather than using a one-size-fits-all productivity model, Clarvida works collaboratively with each BCBA to establish a caseload based on earning goals, client needs, service intensity, geography, scheduling and clinical complexity.

Prefer greater work-life balance? Choose a smaller caseload. Want greater earning potential? Choose a larger caseload.
