PCA Personal Care Aide

Part-time PCAs and CNA's

Position Details:

• Part-Time.
• Monday-Friday.
• Occasional weekday fill-in shifts may be available.
• Flexible scheduling based on client and employee availability.
• Opportunity for additional hours when coverage is needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Prepare meals and provide light housekeeping as needed.
• Provide companionship and supportive care.
• Follow the client's care plan and company policies.
• Maintain a professional and respectful relationship with clients and families.

Qualifications:

• PCA or CNA certification/training as applicable.
• Reliable transportation.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Compassionate and patient.
• Ability to work independently.
• Weekend availability preferred.
• Previous home care experience is a plus.
