Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) Various Locations. This outpatient physical therapy position involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and ensuring effective recovery and return to community activities. The role emphasizes patient education, team collaboration, and adherence to professional standards.

• Schedule:
  
  Days / 8 hour shifts, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
• Required Qualifications:
  
  Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school, CPR certification, active license for the state where work will be performed, and 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience.
• Additional duties include completing comprehensive patient evaluations, developing individualized treatment goals, documenting in medical records, participating in student programs, and adhering to professional and regulatory standards.
• Candidates must demonstrate skills in clinical reasoning, documentation, and professional development.
• The position requires maintaining licensure in good standing and participation in performance improvement initiatives.
• Float:
