Remote (Must live in surrounding NC area for occasional in person meetings and training)*
* + Answers a high volume of inbound calls, averaging 80-130 calls per day. Responds to calls politely, professionally, and efficiently.

+ Maintains a calm demeanor while handling stressful interactions, and troubleshoots problems and concerns.

+ Accesses a variety of resources for accurate, complete, and appropriate management of calls.

+ Assists callers and patients with needs such as selecting providers, scheduling appointments, and preparing patients for their first appointment.

+ Schedules new and established patient appointments and assists patients with patient portal access.

+ Communicates prescription refill requests and other messages to clinic staff. Develops an excellent working relationship with departments, clinic, and medical staff to facilitate patient communication and care.

+ Maintains a strong working knowledge of all computer systems and communication tools.

** Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:*
