, you will be an integral part of our care team, responsible for ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of our residents.

As a PCA, you will work in our assisted living facility, providing personal care and support to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Providing medication reminders and assistance with medication management
• Accompanying residents to activities and appointments as needed
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents and staff

• Provide excellent customer service to our residents and their families
• Work effectively as part of a team to ensure the smooth operation of our facility
• Maintain confidentiality and adherence to our confidentiality policy
• Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance your skills and knowledge

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 0 years of experience in the healthcare industry (must be willing to learn and grow with us)
• Ability to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and assist with transfers and repositioning of residents
