Bilingual Registered Behavior Technician; RBT; Faison, NC

Earn $22 to $28 an hour, plus holiday pay and mileage, helping children with autism after school and on some Saturdays near Faison, with a BCBA behind you.

• Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour, with pay increases as you grow

• Holiday pay and mileage reimbursement

• Part time. After school (about 3 to 7 pm, Monday to Friday) and some Saturday hours

• Work 1:1 with children in their home or community in and around Faison

• Paid time off, 401(k), hands-on training

• Supported by a BCBA and a dedicated clinical team

• Bilingual English and Spanish required for this posting

• Run ABA sessions with a child, using the plan your BCBA writes

• Teach communication, daily living, school and social skills

• Help children stay safe and cope with hard moments, with BCBA guidance

• Keep simple, accurate session notes

• Meet with your BCBA for regular supervision and coaching

• Active RBT certification through the BACB

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Reliable transportation

• Patience, reliability and a warm way with kids. Experience with children or developmental disabilities helps

• Spanish required (bilingual English and Spanish)
