As a Physical Therapist PT, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting individualized assessments to identify resident goals and develop treatment plans to achieve those goals

• Designing and implementing innovative physical therapy programs to improve mobility, strength, and functioning

• Collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support

• Educating residents and families on proper techniques and strategies for maintaining optimal health and function

• Maintaining accurate records and reporting progress to the healthcare team
