Location: Falcon
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a supportive multidisciplinary team in a rehabilitation setting.
Responsibilities Include- Developing and individualizing treatment plans for patients with various diseases and impairments.
- Providing therapy services within a progressive treatment environment.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure a positive rehabilitation experience for patients and their families.
- Must be a graduate of an accredited therapy program.
- Hold a valid license to practice in the state of employment.
- Preferred experience in rehab SNF settings.
Additional information:
In-house therapy support, local management assistance, background checks, and drug-free workplace policies are in place.
