Job Description:The Hospital Greeter will ensure every individual receives a warm welcome and feels comfortable, valued and well-informed. Will provide general information and directions as requested.
Qualifications:- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to empathize with individuals in stressful situations.
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology.
No previous experience required; however, previous customer service and/or healthcare experience preferred.
This is a genuine position to take on the Hospital Greeter (FT) role at Columbus Regional Healthcare System.
