Alight Behavioral Therapy in Grantsboro, NC, is hiring Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to children on the autism spectrum.
We welcome newcomers and experienced RBTs, offering comprehensive training, a flexible schedule, full-time and part-time roles, and opportunities for growth in a supportive, child-centered environment. In-person work required.
Competitive hourly pay $23–$27 plus benefits and rewards.
