Trailborn Surf & Sound is seeking an Assistant Front Office Manager to oversee daily Front Desk and Valet/Bell operations while supporting the Marketplace revenue center. The AFOM will help ensure exceptional guest service and Marriott Bonvoy standards compliance, contributing to a smooth resort experience.
You will assist in training staff, maintaining guest records, and producing weekly guest-satisfaction action plans.
