• Administrative Support:
  Assist the Director of Operations with daily tasks to ensure smooth operation of our catering services.
• Event Coordination:
  Oversee catering and banquet setup, ensuring events are executed flawlessly.
• Service Management:
  Provide exemplary service during events, contributing to an exceptional guest experience.
• Office Duties:
  Perform various administrative tasks during office hours to support the efficient running of the team.

• Experience:
  
  Prior experience in catering, restaurant service, or event planning is highly advantageous.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Proficiency in desktop publishing software such as Canva is preferred.
• Leadership:
  Supervisory experience is a plus, reflecting your ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Flexibility:
  Must be available for evening and weekend events as required.
• Physical Capability:
  The role involves some lifting and physical labor, necessitating a certain level of physical fitness.
