Position: Part-Time Event & Guest Services Crew

Location: Flat Rock, NC

Looking for a fast‑paced, hands‑on job where you stay active and learn useful skills? Join our Event & Guest Services Crew ’ll help create clean, welcoming spaces for guests while gaining experience in events, hospitality, and basic tech setup—no experience required.

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, meeting spaces, and event areas.
• Set up tables, chairs, and event spaces for incoming groups.
• Assist with laundry, trash removal, and general housekeeping tasks.
• Help set up and test basic audio/visual equipment like microphones, projectors, and TVs.
• Support guests with simple tech needs, such as connecting devices.
• Travel across campus (including driving a golf cart if licensed).

• Valid, non-restricted driver’s license and reliable transportation (required).
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and a helpful attitude.
• Willingness to learn and jump between tasks as needed.

• Up to 29 hours per week.
• Flexible schedule with some evenings and weekends (typically no later than midnight).

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds (tables, chairs, equipment).
• Comfortable being on your feet for most of your shift.
• Able to walk hills, stairs, and move around campus regularly.

• Experience in hospitality, housekeeping, events, or recreation.
• Familiarity with audio/visual equipment.

• No experience needed—we train you.
• Gain real‑world skills in hospitality, events, and tech setup.
• Stay active instead of sitting at a desk.

• Get paid early (restrictions apply).
