Bali Hai, a new 43-room boutique hotel in Atlantic Beach, North Carolina, is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the opening and ongoing success, shaping guest experiences and building a high-performing team from the ground up.
The GM will oversee operations across front office, housekeeping, maintenance, food & beverage, concierge, finance, and human resources, drive revenue, manage costs, partner with Managing Principals, and ensure consistent service excellence.
