Beech Mountain Resort is seeking a Night Time Lift Operations Supervisor. This role is responsible for overseeing nighttime lift operations, focusing on safety, guest service, and team support. The supervisor ensures compliance with lift operations procedures and assists with interdepartmental cooperation to enhance mountain operations. Previous experience in lift operations or supervisory roles is preferred.

• Monitor lifts and staff for compliance with safety protocols and procedures
• Oversee lift manuals, logbooks, and documentation
• Assist with lift operations, including chairlifts, tow ropes, and the tubing area
• Train and support lift operators, ensuring compliance with mountain safety practices
• Ensure proper snow surfaces and maintain safety signage at lifts
• Assist with ticket‑checking, operating lifts, and covering breaks as needed

• Excellent people and guest service skills
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Must be self‑motivated, with strong communication skills
• Previous supervisory or lift operations experience preferred
• Must be able to ski or snowboard at an intermediate level or above
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull 100 pounds
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation required with the ability to navigate snowy or winter conditions
