We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Operations Runner to support our property management team in Sneads Ferry, NC. This part-time, seasonal role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly. You ll be the essential link between our properties and team members, ensuring that everything is in place for exceptional guest experiences.

This position requires someone who is reliable, organized, and takes ownership of their responsibilities while working independently across multiple vacation rental properties during our busy summer season.

• Traveling between properties as needed
• Delivering supplies and materials to homes and team members
• Assisting with property readiness for guest arrivals
• Completing small tasks such as replacing light bulbs, batteries, and HVAC filters
• Supporting the operations and housekeeping teams as needed

• Valid driver s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift and carry supplies up to 50 lbs
• Reliable, organized, and comfortable working independently
• Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
• Must pass a background check

Hourly Salary: $17.00 - $18.00
