Sinceri Senior Living - 142 Bermuda Village Drive - Responsibilities:
Inspect the bar prior to opening and closing to ensure adequate supplies are available;
Maintains clean bar area equipment;
Maintains records and inventory of liquors, beer and wine;
Prepare garnishes, mixers and pre-mixes;
Work closely with Hospitality Manager and Director of Hospitality;
Works cooperatively with other servers and assist with meal service, including waiting tables and running food;
Receives deliveries in accordance with purchase orders;
Assist in daily cleanup of bar;
Always be in uniform during your shift;
Take the initiative to ensure resident safety and satisfaction is a priority;
Meet and greet visitors in a friendly, helpful manner;
Answer phones appropriately, according to company and community standards;
Must demonstrate the ability to work responsibly as a team member as well as an individual;
Must be able to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the general public;
Must be able to relate and work with elderly residents and other challenging conditions
