Guest Service ManagerWe are seeking a friendly, experienced, and motivated Guest Service Manager to lead our guest services team and ensure every guest receives an exceptional experience from arrival through departure.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and support the Guest Services team.
Oversee front-desk operations, guest requests, and daily service activities.
Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
Ensure high standards of hospitality, service, and guest satisfaction.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments.
Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
Monitor guest feedback and identify opportunities to improve service.
Maintain accurate records and follow company policies and procedures.
QualificationsPrevious experience in hospitality, guest services, front office, or a supervisory role.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent customer-service and problem-solving abilities.
Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.
