Bryant Corp is a respected family‐owned real estate development and property management company committed to providing commercial and hospitality spaces that improve our communities. Bryant Corp currently owns and manages four hotels, office, industrial, and residential real estate properties.

Reports To: Assistant General Manager

Collaborates With: General Manager

The Breakfast Host supports Bryant Corp’s vision of building better communities through beautiful spaces. The host assists the hotel General Manager and Assistant General Manager to accomplish company goals. This early‑morning position begins at 5 am and involves preparing and serving a fresh, inviting complimentary breakfast, greeting guests, and delivering superior service.

• Ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, follow‑through, courtesy, and cooperativeness, with minimal supervision.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation is preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

• Respond to guest requests promptly in a friendly, professional manner and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Present a professional image through appearance, dress, and attitude.
• Multi‑task and prioritize duties.
• Stock food and silverware for breakfast buffets.
• Clear tables during the complimentary breakfast period.
• Ensure tableware is in good working condition and report defects for repair.
• Retrieve and transport dirty tableware to the dishwashing area.
• Clean all dishes during and after the breakfast period.
• Provide exemplary guest service, demonstrating a personal commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as requested by the Assistant General Manager and General Manager.
