We are seeking a warm, polished, and detail-oriented Front Desk Associate to join our team. This role is the heart of our guest experience, welcoming visitors, managing reservations, and ensuring every stay begins and ends beautifully.

• Welcome and check in guests with warmth and professionalism
• Manage reservations and inquiries by phone, email, and in person
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations about the inn, Saint Jacques, and local attractions
• Handle administrative tasks and coordinate with kitchen and housekeeping teams
• Represent the Burke Manor brand with grace and care in every interaction

• A genuine love for hospitality and people
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• A calm, professional presence — especially during busy periods
• Prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
• Availability for evenings and weekends
