Trident Marketing is seeking a front desk/guest services associate for a resort in North Carolina. You will greet guests, check them in and out, perform routine patrols, enforce resort rules, and assist guests by phone or in person with a friendly, attentive approach.
Responsibilities include light housekeeping, promoting local attractions, coordinating with departments, and attending staff meetings. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and hold a valid driver's license.
