You’ll help oversee daily operations, keep the Market looking its best, train and support the team, maintain our service standards, and create a welcoming experience for our guests.

• Greet and assist guests.
• Maintain the overall appearance of the market.
• Take inventory of all merchandise, including retail products, food items, beverages, beer, and wine.
• Place orders for merchandise to ensure products remain well-stocked.
• Conduct monthly inventory reviews.
• Train and supervise Market Associates to uphold company standards.
• Support and guide team members to maintain a welcoming and organized market.
• Ensure cleanliness of work areas throughout the day.

• Enjoy working with diverse individuals from all walks of life.
• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Maintain a professional appearance and ensure confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Adhere to company standards while welcoming and assisting all guests.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills with team members and guests.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships and encourage teamwork.
• Listen and respond to the concerns of employees and guests appropriately.

This position can be physically demanding. You must be comfortable standing, sitting, walking, bending, lifting, and squatting for extended periods.

This position requires little to no travel outside the property and surrounding areas.
