Shaner Hotels is seeking an experienced and hands-on Chief Engineer to lead the Engineering Department and oversee the operation, maintenance, repair, and preventative maintenance of all hotel building systems and equipment. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring the safety, security, functionality, and appearance of the property while maintaining compliance with Shaner Hotels, franchise brand, OSHA, and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

The Chief Engineer develops and manages preventative maintenance programs, supervises engineering associates, oversees departmental budgets, and works collaboratively with all hotel departments to provide a safe, comfortable, and well‑maintained environment for guests and associates.
