CCAMS (Community Association Management Services) is currently in search of a full-time, on-site Assistant Community Manager at the BHI Hammocks HOA. This is a fractional ownership community consisting of 6 ½ acre property, Clubhouse, and amenities with 25 cottages as a vacation community. Prior Homeowners Association, Property Management, and/or Hospitality experience is preferred.
As the Assistant CM, you will build relationships with Homeowners, the Board of Directors, the Vendors providing services to the Community and supporting the Community Manager. Your responsibilities focus on hospitality and tactical operational services.
This position is on a barrier island accessible by ferry only. A ferry pass and parking pass will be provided by the Association. The Office hours are MTWF 9am-5pm;
Th (turnover day) is 9am-6pm and the Community Manager will manage the staffing to those hours.
Hourly rate is negotiable based upon experience ($22.00 - $24.00) and benefits are included.
Responsibilities-Assist the Manager in the following ways:
HOSPITALITY/OWNER EXPERIENCE:
● Create and foster a welcoming atmosphere to homeowners and guests
● Respond and communicate to homeowner needs in a timely manner
● Responding to Owners with billing and account questions
● Communicating with Owners
● Provide Administrative support
OPERATIONAL/PROPERTY MANAGEMENT:
● Providing weekly updates on activities, issues, problems, or concerns to Community Manager
● Managing and scheduling weekly housekeeping
● Weekly review of housekeeping completion of every cottage, golf cart, grill, amenity
● Responding to on-site issues and needs
● Coordinating special cleaning of carpets and upholstery
● Managing housewares and linen inventory for every cottage
● Ordering houseware, linens, and paper products as needed
● Analyzing and resolving problems as needs present
● Managing registration system and trades/rentals among owners
● Manage Crofter Guarantee Week process and reservation calendar
● Manage Annual Deep Cleaning of every cottage
● Performing other duties as assigned
BOARD of DIRECTORS COORDINATION:
● Communicating with the Board of Directors & committees as directed by the CM
● Updating community website(s)
