Role Description

The HR Business Partner will support the HR department by efficiently managing key HR functions, including benefits administration, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. Align managers with company strategy and key performance indexes. Support payroll functions, with payroll provider. This role aims to ensure smooth HR operations, foster a positive and productive work environment, and enhance employee satisfaction and retention.

By handling administrative tasks, providing support to employees and managers, and contributing to HR strategy implementation, the HR Business Partner plays a critical role in helping the organization attract, develop, and retain top talent.

Qualifications
  • Fluency in written and spoken Spanish and English is required
  • HRM qualification and/or experience
  • 3-5 years of relevant business experience
  • Proficiency in HR Policies and Human Resources (HR)
  • Experience in managing Employee Relations and ensuring compliance with Labor and Employment Law
  • Strong knowledge of Performance Management processes
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively
  • Strong business acumen
  • Ability to work with the larger teams in different areas
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and influential skills
