We are seeking an experienced and detail‑oriented HR/Payroll Coordinator to join our team and help ensure smooth, accurate, and compliant human resources and payroll operations.

The HR/Payroll Coordinator supports daily HR functions and ensures accurate payroll processing for all employees.
- Process bi‑weekly payroll accurately and on schedule
- Maintain employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation
- Assist with new hire onboarding, orientation, and required paperwork
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Manage timekeeping systems and verify employee hours
- Support benefits administration, including enrollments and changes
- Assist with recruitment efforts, and applicant tracking
- Respond to employee questions regarding payroll, benefits, and HR policies
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information
- Prepare HR reports and assist with audits as needed
- Coordinate employee training, in‑services, and compliance requirements
- Support employee relations by promoting a positive and professional workplace
- Assist with disciplinary documentation and performance review tracking
- Participate in departmental meetings and organizational initiatives

- Previous HR and payroll experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field
- Experience in healthcare or long‑term care settings
- Familiarity with payroll systems and HR software
