.
Summary:

- We're looking for an experienced Group Learning and Development Manager to drive a culture of continuous learning and build the capabilities that will power our business into the future In this strategic role.
- You will lead the design and delivery of innovative learning solutions, develop leadership and career growth pathways, and ensure our people have the skills needed to thrive in a rapidly changing environment.
- You'll partner with senior leaders to influence workforce capability, succession planning, compliance, and digital learning transformation across the Group.
- This role is critical in ensuring the organization has the skills, leadership capability, and learning culture needed to deliver business strategy and remain competitive.
- By driving talent development, future capability building, compliance, and workforce planning, the Group Learning Manager helps create a high performing, future fit organization while maximizing the return on learning investments.
- Develop and implement a Group wide learning strategy covering leadership, compliance, and core business capabilities.
- Design and manage induction programmes, competency frameworks, and career development pathways.
- Partner with Talent Management to strengthen leadership pipelines and succession planning.
- Ensure compliance with industry and regulatory learning requirements and facilitate accredited development programmes.
- Measure learning effectiveness through dashboards, scorecards, reporting, and ROI analysis.
- Manage learning budgets and training expenditure.
- Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives through targeted learning and development programmes.
- Collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and external stakeholders to enhance workforce capability.
- Promote the adoption of digital learning platforms, micro learning solutions, AI enabled learning tools, and workforce planning practices.
- Develop and implement learning policies and best-practice learning frameworks across the Group.
- 8+ years of experience leading or managing a Learning & Development function.
- Strong expertise in learning strategy, organizational development, talent development, and capability building.
- Ability to influence and partner with senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
- Experience in designing and implementing leadership, compliance, and business learning programmes. Knowledge of learning technologies, digital learning platforms, analytics, and measuring learning impact.
- Strong understanding of workforce planning, succession planning, and learning governance.
- Insurance industry experience is advantageous, including knowledge of regulatory requirements and customer centric compliance frameworks.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Learning & Development (or equivalent).
- Post graduate degree highly advantageous
- EDTP Professional Qualification
