Human Resources Director
Pathways to Life, Inc. — Greenville, NC | Full-Time | Exempt
Build the culture. Grow the people.Pathways to Life, Inc. is looking for a motivated, energetic HR Director to lead our people strategy and keep our culture aligned with our mission. What you'll do- Own the full hiring lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, orientation, and exit interviews
- Coordinate the onboarding process between our HR Recruiter and Training Specialist
- Champion employee satisfaction — assess staff needs and serve on our Morale Committee
- Serve on the Member Rights Committee, gathering member feedback and driving improvement plans
- Partner with Quality Assurance and Clinical leadership to keep training and credentialing current
- Keep us compliant with HR law, CARF standards, MCO requirements, and state regulations
- Manage unemployment claims, workers' compensation, and personnel documentation
- Develop HR policy, performance management, and succession planning
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Working knowledge of the behavioral health population we serve
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to foster a cooperative, positive work environment
- Integrity and discretion with confidential information
- No substantiated findings on the NC Health Care Personnel Registry; must pass background check and drug screen
Office-based, Monday–Friday. Travel to our additional sites required at minimum quarterly.
