Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of desktop support, hardware, software, and networking concepts.
- Experience with system imaging, deployment, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Citrix, and enterprise IT environments.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide technical support for desktop hardware, software, peripherals, and networking issues.
- Manage and resolve IT service desk tickets by prioritizing based on business impact.
- Install, configure, and image computers; deploy software and business applications.
- Set up and support printers, peripherals, and network devices.
- Perform user data migration and profile transfers during system upgrades or replacements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, ensuring timely communication with end users.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, development, and data center teams to resolve technical issues.
- Support account management activities (Active Directory, email, NCID, Citrix, etc.).
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and timely issue resolution.
- Mentor junior technicians and assist in solving complex technical problems.
