The Position

The Advertising Production Assistant supports the creation of weekly sales advertisements and helps keep projects organized, accurate, and on schedule.

This is an in-person Part-Time position working M-F and at least 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

* Set up and maintain advertisement page layouts.

* Input product information. Including descriptions, pricing, and images.

* Assist in the production of weekly Ingles and SAV-MOR sales advertisements.

* Photograph, edit, and prepare images for print and advertising use, as needed.

* Organize and maintain digital files and project assets.

* Collaborate with team members to ensure all deadlines are met.

The Ideal Candidate :

* High School Diploma or equivalent

* Proficient computer skills required

* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

* Experience in Adobe creative suite is a plus but not required; training will be provided

* Excellent vocabulary and spelling skills

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy

* Excellent organizational and time-management skills
