Desktop Technician

TEKsystems is looking for a Desktop Technician to support a top client in Elizabethtown, NC. The role involves deploying hardware, password resets, break/fix, software upgrades, workstation setups, and application support in a fast‑paced environment.

• 5+ years of Desktop Support
• Experience with deployments, reimaging, and hardware/network troubleshooting, Windows 11
• Hardware support for laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, handheld scanners

• Support deployments of hardware and software
• Perform password resets and break/fix on hardware
• Upgrade software and set up workstations
• Provide application support and interface with other teams
• Troubleshoot networking issues
• Use reimaging expertise on Windows 11 computers and printers
• Travel to surrounding counties for support

Contract to Hire, based in Elizabethtown, NC. Pay range: $20.00–$24.00 per hour.
