Velozity Technology Services (VTS) is actively hiring an additional ABM in direct support of Joint Aerospace Operations Center (JAOC) activities aligned to the JSOC Air Component. These contractor positions directly support Air Operations, Tactical Air C2, CJADC2 initiatives, and multi‑domain operational integration efforts. Positions are available for immediate or staggered start dates.

This is a full‑time, on‑site contractor support position for an Air Battle Manager (ABM) located in the Fayetteville, North Carolina Metropolitan Area. The ABM will provide operational and technical support to government personnel executing real‑time air operations, tactical command and control (C2), and multi‑domain battle management activities within a high‑tempo operational environment.

The contractor will support situational awareness, tactical coordination, and mission execution functions by assisting with the monitoring and management of airspace operations, airborne assets, ISR platforms, tactical communications, and CJADC2‑enabled information flows. The ABM will operate as part of a larger joint operational team supporting distributed and time‑sensitive mission requirements.

This position supports operational synchronization between air, ground, maritime, cyber, and space‑enabled capabilities while assisting government mission partners in maintaining effective command and control across contested and dynamic operational environments.

• Provide contractor support to government personnel conducting real‑time tactical air operations and battle management activities.
• Assist in maintaining situational awareness of friendly, adversary, and neutral air and surface tracks utilizing tactical C2 systems and datalink architectures.
• Support coordination and synchronization of airborne assets, ISR platforms, strike packages, and command‑and‑control nodes during mission execution.
• Assist government operators with dynamic targeting, time‑sensitive targeting, and kill chain compression activities.
• Support tactical datalink operations including Link 16 and other CJADC2‑enabled communication systems and architectures.
• Assist with airspace management and deconfliction activities supporting safe and effective mission execution.
• Support operations conducted within degraded, denied, intermittent, or contested communications environments.
• Analyze operational data, tactical feeds, and mission information to identify potential mission impacts, operational risks, and recommended courses of action for government leadership.
• Coordinate and communicate with pilots, intelligence personnel, mission planners, and joint operational teams to facilitate mission synchronization and operational awareness.
• Maintain operational logs, mission reports, tactical communication records, and associated operational documentation.
• Assist with execution support related to Air Tasking Orders (ATO), Airspace Control Orders (ACO), SPINS, and associated operational directives.
• Support development and refinement of TTPs (Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures) associated with Tactical Air C2, CJADC2, and multi‑domain operations.
• Provide operational support within high‑pressure environments requiring rapid information processing, prioritization, and communication.

• Experience supporting Tactical Air Control, Air Battle Management, or Command and Control (C2) operations within joint or military operational environments.
• Familiarity with tactical datalink systems such as Link 16, SADL, VMF, or related joint communications architectures.
