• Base Salary of $52,000 - $61,000 paid weekly.

We are looking for a fast-paced, social-first Content Creator who can blend raw, engaging, on-the-fly footage with high-quality production. You won't be sitting behind a desk all day. You will be out in the field, working alongside our crews, getting in the dirt, and showing homeowners the real work we do.

We provide the gear--including a Sony camera, DJI Mic Mini, Insta
360, Meta Glasses, and a dedicated laptop. You bring the vision, the hustle, and the editing skills to turn that footage into daily content that drives real business growth.

• Capture the Action: Utilize our provided camera gear, 360 cameras, smart glasses, and your smartphone to capture daily jobsite transformations, crew highlights, and behind-the-scenes moments.
• High-Volume Output: Produce and post a minimum of 15 short-form videos (Reels, Tik Toks, Snapchat) and 1-2 long-form You Tube videos (4-10 minutes) every week.
• Leverage AI: Utilize AI editing software and tools on your company-provided laptop to speed up your workflow and optimize content for maximum reach.
• Get Your Hands Dirty: Confidently navigate active construction zones, basements, and crawl spaces to get the best angles.
• Drive Real Revenue: Track your success! Your content's primary goal is to generate qualified inspection leads and build brand trust.
• Collaborate: Partner with our foremen and sales reps to capture educational content and jobsite transformations.
