Infra Delivery Install Technicians collaborate with cross‑functional teams, troubleshoot complex technical scenarios, and implement strategic solutions that keep our network running seamlessly. The role requires hands‑on technical work that demands creativity, precision, and a passion for technological innovation.

NOTE:

Relocation assistance will be provided to eligible candidates who relocate for this position.

• Move and implement large enterprise equipment.
• Install fiber and copper cabling and patch cabling between equipment.
• Ensure proper safety and security standards are maintained during cabling and rack installation.
• Follow well established hardware installation procedures and break‑fix activities.
• Use material handling tools and equipment safely.
• Travel within and outside the regional work area as required.

• Regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds; participate in group lifts for 41+ pounds.
• Work in an environment that operates 24/7 and provide after‑hours support as needed.
• Work in cramped, elevated, or noisy environments.
• Bend, lift, stretch, reach, stand and walk for up to 8+ hours a day.
• Ascend and descend ladders, stairs, and gangways safely and without limitation.

• Ability to travel to or commute between data center locations as needed.
• Willingness to temporarily work at alternative sites during training or until assigned facility is operational.
• Travel frequency varies based on business needs and operational status of assigned facility.

• 2+ years of data center, critical environment, computer hardware repair, infrastructure cabling, network deployment, or data center operations experience, or experience in similar technical roles.
• 2+ years of network cabling, fiber optics, and test equipment including VFL, power meter, and OTDR experience.
• Experience with network hardware: copper and optical fiber cabling, switches, routers.

• Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field (e.g., Computer Science, Network Engineering), or experience in professional or military IT-related roles.
• Certification in a relevant field (CCENT – Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician, Network+, or CCNA – Cisco Certified Network Associate).
• Experience in a data center or other critical environment.
• Work flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Experience conducting behavioral interviews and hiring.
