Hardware Technician
Hardware Technicians 1st shift: $21/hr. 2nd shift: $23.10/hr we’re actively hiring and need Repairman & Debug Technicians ASAP to support production needs. If you have hands-on tech or troubleshooting experience, this is your chance to get in fast. Hiring Event Details Date:

Summary
- Troubleshoot and repair hardware components and finished products
- Identify root causes of issues through testing and analysis
- Run diagnostics and replicate problems to find solutions
- Work with team members (quality, engineering, technicians) to resolve issues
- Document defects, repairs, and findings
- Separate and track non-working or defective products
- Follow safety, quality, and production standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or technical certification
- Experience with electronics, computers, or hardware repair (preferred)
- Comfortable working with small components and tools
- Basic computer skills (data entry, system use)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift and handle equipment as needed
- Familiar with ESD (electrostatic discharge) practices (a plus)
