Provalus is seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst to support Client projects with Tier 1-2 triage and ticket maintenance. You will work with Client teams and a Senior Analyst to ensure SLAs are exceeded while gaining certifications under the Education Plan.
All employees must adhere to SOC 2 Type 2 compliance, participate in annual security training, and protect Client data. The role offers opportunities to grow into Senior IT Service Desk Analyst and to train junior staff.
