The IT Support Specialist is responsible for supporting and maintaining the company’s information technology infrastructure to ensure efficient and secure operations. This role involves executing day‑to‑day technical tasks, providing end‑user support, and assisting in the implementation and administration of IT systems and services. The IT Support Specialist will support Microsoft 365 environments, troubleshoot and maintain hardware and software systems, and contribute to the integration of new technologies.
Additionally, the role includes maintaining documentation, developing training materials, and collaborating with internal teams to uphold IT standards and enhance operational effectiveness across the organization.

Duties/Responsibilities Network Management- Administer and optimize the company’s Microsoft 365 tenant and other cloud‑based infrastructures.
- Oversee licensing, feature rollouts, and automate tasks using Power Shell or Graph API.
- Develop and maintain clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Champion operational excellence and support.
- Customer service‑orientated mindset.
- Serve as Tier 3 escalation, mentor the service desk, and streamline joiner/mover/leaver workflows to cut manual effort.
- Track M365 roadmap items, plan phased releases, and report KPI‑driven insights to leadership.
- Perform the department’s administrative tasks, including vendor and license management.
- Support software integration efforts and assist with security configurations.
- Troubleshoot and support PC and network hardware, including setup, maintenance, and minor repairs.
- Create and update interactive training materials, including instructional guides and videos, using basic image and video editing software.
- Use basic multimedia tools (e.g., Loom, Scribe, and Camtasia) to support user training and onboarding.
Additional responsibilities and tasks as required to support the organization’s goals and adapt to evolving business needs.
Attributes/Abilities- Must have a satisfactory background check.
- Experience in all aspects of the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
- Extensive knowledge of Cloud based infrastructures, including storage and hosting solutions like AWS and Microsoft Azure.
- Proficiency with PC and network hardware installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
