- Tech-savvy; comfortable using household technology and apps (such as Skylight calendar) for organization, managing family schedules, and supporting children's learning through age-appropriate games and devices
- Experience with children is essential for this role, requiring a proven ability to engage, supervise, and support children in a nurturing and structured environment
Proposed Schedule
:
Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM, with flexibility for extended hours during travel weeks (Summer: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM)
We are a busy family of five, with school age children, balancing full-time careers with raising three energetic kids and caring for our two pets. One of us works from a nearby office (and sometimes from home, while the other commutes to a nearby city, and we’re always trying to make the most of our time together. Family time and intentional parenting are incredibly important to us, and we’re looking for someone who can handle all the behind-the-scenes tasks—organizing, scheduling, and planning—so we can focus on what really matters.
We need someone who can help keep things running smoothly, taking the prep work off our plates so we can truly enjoy time with our kids.
