About the PositionThe Criminal Associate Attorney will join our Criminal Law Practice Area Group (PAG) serving clients in Rutherford County and western North Carolina.
Responsibilities- New client consultations
- Attend court, mediations, and depositions
- Research and prepare cases for court
- Case reviews
- PAG Team trainings
- Communicate with clients in person, by phone, virtually, and in writing
- Ensure the ultimate client experience
- Provide high‑quality customer service during client meetings
- Handle a high volume of cases comfortably
- Perform all other duties required to navigate a case from start to finish
All levels will be considered, but previous law firm and litigation experience is preferred. The selected candidate must be a licensed member of the North Carolina Bar in good standing.
