- Planning and expediting required materials for the production floor
- Optimize efficiencies and inventory investments
- Contribute to the direct scheduling of production machinery
- Ensure supply of materials necessary for production
- Track and monitor materials from shipment to final delivery at the site
- Monitor and track inventory levels on hand and on order
- Prepare cost estimates and performance reports (KPIS)
- Participate in vendor and supplier qualification, performance evaluations, metrics tracking
Requirements:
- 3+ years of Material Planning experience
- 2+ years of inventory management/ purchasing experience
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain preferred
- APICS, CSCP, CPIM, SCOR-P, ISM preferred
- Advanced system skills and working knowledge of SAP
