Supply Chain Analyst

Duration: 7 Months (Possibility of Extension)

Pay Rate: $28.00 - $32.00 hourly on W2

Schedule:

8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Mon - Fri)

As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will support inventory management, reporting, warehouse operations, material flow, data entry, and team collaboration to ensure smooth plant operations.

• Inventory Support – Check inventory levels, update counts, and track materials.
• Simple Reporting – Update basic Excel sheets and simple reports.
• Warehouse Help – Assist with organizing materials and checking storage areas.
• Material Flow Support – Watch for delays or bottlenecks and report issues.
• General Data Entry – Enter information accurately into systems.
• Team Support – Work with supply chain, warehouse, and operations teams.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of experience in warehouse work, inventory, manufacturing, supply chain support, or similar hands‑on roles.
• Basic Excel skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and stay organized.
• Willingness to learn and help wherever needed.

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting tools.
• Familiarity with inventory or warehouse processes.
• Interest in improving processes or solving problems.

• Keeping inventory info accurate.
• Supporting warehouse organization.
• Helping materials move smoothly during plant changes.
• Making sure teams have the info they need to stay on track.
