Administrative Assistant II position is located in Claremont, NC.
Responsibilities- Work closely with management in the daily operations of the department.
- Provide administrative support as needed throughout the office.
- New SKU set‑up.
- Set up of BOM and Route Headers with information provided by R&D teams.
- Create and process ECN’s (Engineering Change Notifications).
- Provide brands with product information (dimensions, weight, construction details, materiality & photography).
- Verify and authenticate website information for all new collections.
- Support coordinating conference room resources.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.

Required Qualifications- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Strong Microsoft Office knowledge – primarily Excel.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and work extra hours as needed.
- Experience in an upholstery manufacturing environment.
- Excellent attendance and strong teamwork skills.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to lift 25 lbs or more.
