Responsibilities
  • Maintain your personal relationship with Jesus Christ and be an effective witness for Him.
  • Assist the Procurement manager with the procurement of materials, equipment, tools, parts, and services for NADR.
  • Develop and maintain inventory listings of all tools, supplies, and equipment on NADR trucks, DRVs, and trailers for use in ordering and restocking.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers. Maintain current information on companies that provide all types of tools, equipment, and supplies that support the department.
  • Analyze current inventory with the Warehouse Coordinator against requests from field and local assets, and place orders to replenish stocks in Annex, Ministry Centers, or sites.
  • Analyze and prepare reports associated with procurement and inventory. Create active working files, e-files, and summaries for each project.
  • All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) from four‑year college or university and one (1) to two (2) related years of experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Thorough knowledge of procurement and inventory software, and Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word, and Access.
  • Ability to establish rapport and develop relationships with all key stakeholders, vendors, customers, and colleagues.
  • Ability to visualize, articulate, and solve both complex and uncomplicated problems and concepts and make decisions based on all available information.
  • Particularly important in the selection of vendors.
  • Must have an up‑to‑date DOT medical card.
  • Twelve credit hours of college‑level Biblical Studies preferred, not required.
