NCW is hiring a Shipping Coordinator to support logistics operations for professional, scientific, and technical clients. In this role, you will prepare and process outgoing shipments, verify orders and documentation, create shipping labels, and coordinate with carriers to ensure on-time deliveries. You will track and resolve shipping issues, maintain accurate inventory and shipping records, and follow safety and compliance standards. Working closely with operations and account teams, you'll help optimize shipping workflows and provide excellent service to both clients and internal partners in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process outgoing shipments for multiple clients
• Verify orders, quantities, and shipping documentation
• Create labels, bills of lading, and carrier paperwork
• Schedule pickups and coordinate with carriers for on-time delivery
• Track shipments and proactively resolve delays or issues
• Maintain accurate shipping logs and inventory records
• Ensure compliance with safety, packaging, and shipping regulations
• Collaborate with operations and account teams to optimize shipping workflows
• Communicate shipment status updates to internal stakeholders
• Identify opportunities to improve shipping accuracy and efficiency
