- Run daily MRP reports and purchase materials in support of production schedule for all purchasing parts other than Outside Processing and Supporting Components per procedure.
- Manage your suppliers to assure on time delivery and consistent quality.
- Negotiate with your suppliers to ensure optimal pricing.
- Negotiate Terms with your suppliers.
- Source and certify new suppliers with the assistance of the Procurement Agent.
- Resolve issues related to inventory returns, and replacements.
- Negotiate best vendor terms, pricing and delivery based on specific budget and schedule requirements.
- Work with accounting to correctly use accurate general ledger accounts for non-inventory purchases.
- Other duties as required.
- Experience in Procurement is mandatory.
Education Requirements:
- General knowledge of purchasing policies, processes, and procedures.
- High School Diploma
Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiating skills
- Computer skills in Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Outlook, Excel, Goggle Drive, and Goggle Sheets)
- Desire to grow, take on new responsibilities, and establish yourself on our team.
