Hourly Wage. ISS offers full-time employees a variety of benefits including medical, dental, life and disability insurance, as well as a comprehensive leave program based on employment status. The hourly pay range for this position is $14.50 per hour - $15.50 per hour

$500 Sign-On Bonus! We’re now offering a $500 sign-on bonus for all new employees hired into this role between July 15, 2025
, and December 31, 2025

• 50% ($250) will be paid after completing 30 days of employment
• 50% ($250) will be paid after completing 6 months of employment

The work hours for this position are Mon - Fri + Weekends, 10:30 pm - 2:00 pm

Essential Cleaning & Maintenance

• Maintain cleanliness and order in assigned areas through vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and edging.
• Clean and restock restrooms and breakrooms to ensure a sanitary and comfortable environment.
• Empty trash and transport waste to proper disposal areas.
• Perform window cleaning and other general janitorial duties as assigned.

Team Collaboration & Support

• Work closely with fellow team members and supervisors to complete tasks efficiently.
• Fill in during staff shortages and support shift leads with punch-list items.
• Communicate professionally with coworkers, managers, and customers.

Safety & Professionalism

• Follow all safety rules, policies, and procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times.
• Understand and contribute to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
