Key Responsibilities:
Employees are responsible for the reliable delivery of high-quality utilities and customer service.
Responsibilities include daily 24/7 operation and maintenance of high-pressure water-tube boilers, open and closed loop chiller and HVAC systems, compressed air and vacuum systems.
Key Requirements:
- Must demonstrate safe behavior, self-motivation, flexibility in working shifts, good communication skills, and a CAN DO attitude
- Basic mechanical and electrical skills to perform troubleshooting and repair
- Basic computer skills are required for logs and other communications
- Experience
Required:
2 to 5 Years in utility systems operation (hands-on and distributed control systems experience preferred) - Valid Driver's License
- Education Required:
High School or equivalent
