• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards
• Diagnose cause of any malfunction and perform repair
• Communicate with Parts department to obtain any necessary parts
• Communicate with service manager and service advisor any updates on timeline as well as completion date
• Communicate upsell opportunities to service advisor

• MMI Graduate or 3+ years of Dealership preferred
• Knowledge in all aspects of motorcycle repair
• Own your own tools to perform service, repair and customization work in accordance to factory specifications
• Maintain technical qualifications by completing web-based, in-dealership training and instructor lead training
• Team player
• Self-motivated
• Good communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR
• Drug free
• Acceptable background check
• Motorcycle Endorsement – FREE Riding Academy Available
