Compensation: $30-$35 per hour 1st Shift Monday
-Friday

About the role:

Pride Staff is partnering with a growing production and distribution organization to find a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Technician. In this role, you will support the upkeep of manufacturing machinery, warehouse operations, and office facilities through preventive maintenance and timely repairs.

What you will do:

• Perform routine preventive maintenance and mechanical troubleshooting on manufacturing, packaging, and warehouse equipment.
• Complete general building repairs, including minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and fixture upkeep.
• Ensure full OSHA compliance, maintain organized maintenance records, and coordinate with outside contractors for specialized repairs.

• High school diploma or equivalent experience with a strong background in general, facilities, or industrial equipment maintenance.
• Working knowledge of basic mechanical systems, hand/power tools, and troubleshooting techniques.

• Varied Workday: Work across diverse systems including packaging machinery, conveyors, facilities, and grounds.
• Collaborative Environment: Work alongside supportive production, warehouse, and administrative teams.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $30.00 - $35.00 Per Hour
