Kenly 95 Petro is looking for a dedicated and hands‑on Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team during the 4 PM – 12 AM evening shift. The ideal candidate will ensure all areas of the property are clean, safe, and welcoming for our guests, while overseeing staff performance, scheduling, and training.

• Direct and support housekeeping team members during the evening shift.
• Assign and monitor daily cleaning tasks to ensure completion in a timely and thorough manner.
• Provide training and ongoing feedback to ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform regular inspections of guest areas, restrooms, and common areas for cleanliness and maintenance issues.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Manage staffing needs, breaks, and shift coverage to maintain efficiency.
• Report inventory needs for cleaning supplies and coordinate with management for restocking.
• Communicate maintenance needs or guest concerns to the appropriate departments promptly.
• Foster a positive and team‑oriented work environment.
• Assist team members with cleaning tasks as needed, especially during busy periods.
• Respond to guest requests or complaints with professionalism and urgency.

• Previous experience in housekeeping, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role preferred.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• Physical ability to perform housekeeping duties, including lifting up to 25 lbs. and standing for extended periods.
